# Win Prospects

{% hint style="info" %}

## Give prospects a reason their current advisor can't match

Lower-cost borrowing with generally deductible interest. For a prospect already paying interest elsewhere, that's real money saved on day one.
{% endhint %}

### Why it wins prospects

* **Offer a product others can't.** Pull clients away from wirehouses and competitor products that can't match the rate or tax treatment.
* **Lead with a number.** The savings are concrete and immediate, which is easy to grasp, and helps close prospects fast.
* **Stand out.** Most advisors only offer the standard products. This makes you the one who brought something better.

### How to use it with prospects

1. **Lead with the dollar savings.** Prospects say yes when they see what they save per month and per year, not when they understand the mechanics. Run their current loan through the Proposal Center and show them the side-by-side in the first meeting. 2. **Target the prospects who close themselves.** Active SBLOCs, margin loans, jumbo mortgages, and appreciated concentrated portfolios are the cleanest wins, because the savings are immediate and obvious. [Find the best-fit scenarios →](/working-with-prospects-learn-more/when-syntheticfi-wins-new-business.md)
3. **Handle the three objections.** "Too good to be true," "why have I never heard of this," and the tax question come up every time. Each has a clean answer backed by third-party coverage. [Handle objections →](/working-with-prospects-learn-more/handling-prospect-objections.md)

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://advisorhub.syntheticfi.com/overview/win-prospects.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
